Together\, we explore how self-worth is revealed in our everyday decisions—what we tolerate\, what we release\, what we prioritize\, and where we finally choose ourselves. \nGuided by the heart-opening medicine of ceremonial cacao\, we will reflect on the ways we give our power away and the moments we reclaim it. Through shared reflection and gentle witnessing\, we ask: What do I love myself more than approval\, comfort\, old patterns\, or self-abandonment? \nOur somatic journey centers on a Mirror Devotion Practice\, a tender ritual of self-witnessing.
