A Sacred Series for Embodied Feminine Healing

Join us in sacred ceremony for vulnerable conversations, deep connection, and somatic healing every first Saturday of the month. The Red Tent is an ancient metaphor—a sanctuary where women once gathered during their moon time to rest, reflect, and reconnect with nature and each other. In today’s world, we reclaim this space to honor our bodies, cycles, sensuality, and spirit.

Each ceremony is centered around the heart-opening ritual of drinking ceremonial cacao—an ancient plant medicine known for awakening emotional clarity and softening the body into deeper intimacy with self. Through embodied practices, storytelling, and somatic healing, we remember what it means to be fully alive in our feminine essence.

Let us gather in a modern Red Tent—one rooted in love, earth wisdom, and radical presence.

Somatic Healing Experience: Candle Gazing & Sensory Awakening Practice

This Red Tent ceremony is a celebration of pleasure as a sacred act of self-connection. Together, we explore how we receive pleasure—sensually, energetically, and emotionally—and how self-pleasure can be reclaimed as a ritual of presence rather than performance.

Guided by ceremonial cacao, we open space for lively, honest, and shame-free conversation around sensuality, self-pleasure practices, and the ways we allow—or block—pleasure in our daily lives. We reflect on how pleasure moves through us when we feel safe, curious, and attuned, and how receiving pleasure can become a pathway to deeper self-trust and vitality.

Our somatic journey will be a candle eye-gazing practice, using the flame as a mirror for the way pleasure and orgasmic energy naturally move within the body—flickering, pulsing, softening, expanding. As we receive the light of the flame, we explore how the body responds spontaneously, inviting subtle movement, sensation, and awareness without force or expectation.

This ceremony offers a playful yet reverent space to soften shame, awaken sensual awareness, and reconnect with pleasure as a life-giving force. Come as you are—curious, embodied, and ready to receive.
