Morning Magic: A Sensuality Celebration

Morning Magic is a playful and embodied practice devoted to celebrating our bodies, awakening our senses, and saying yes to feeling more fully alive.

Each week, we begin by creating Sacred Space and tuning into our desires, fears, and boundaries for the practice ahead. This is an opportunity to build confidence in expressing your needs, honoring your limits, and listening deeply to yourself and others.

Together, we’ll explore a variety of gentle sensual and embodiment practices such as movement, dance, breath, sound, blindfolded awareness exercises, self-connection rituals, and other experiences designed to cultivate presence, pleasure, and self-expression.

Participants are encouraged to share their desires for the practice, while also honoring any fears or boundaries that arise. While every desire may not be incorporated, our group agreements prioritize safety and consent, and we always honor the strongest boundary within the group.

For example, one participant may desire to dance in front of a mirror, another may wish to be witnessed, while someone else may prefer a blindfolded experience. The practice becomes an exploration of expressing our authentic desires while cultivating respect for ourselves and one another.

This class is an invitation to gently explore your growth edges, celebrate your body, and deepen your capacity for embodied communication.

RSVP Required

Because the practice is co-created each week, attendance is limited and RSVP is required. It is recommended that participants attend at least one Wednesday Feminine Activation class before joining Morning Magic.
