The Feminine Activation Class is a mini-ceremonial experience designed to ignite your inner fire\, honor your personal journey\, and awaken the sensual\, creative energy that resides in your womb and heart. \nIn this intimate class\, we’ll begin by co-creating sacred space and grounding into presence. Through the ritual of the “Rose Share\,” each woman will be invited to speak her thorn (current challenge)\, bud (what is emerging)\, and blossom (what is flourishing)—a practice that fosters vulnerability\, reflection\, and community. \nFrom there\, we’ll move into somatic practices to activate the sacral chakra and stir the kundalini life force within. She has spent over two decades learning how to communicate with the Inner Wisdom of her patient’s bodies and using that information to understand not only why we experience pain but what our symptoms are truly here to show us.
